With the new Partner K 960 Chain, Partner's saw range gains a versatile and efficient machine that can solve new cutting problems in a variety of applications. The Partner K 950 Chain is a gas powered saw with a diamond chain. The K 950 Chain is based on the popular K950 Active, and it features all the technical and ergonomic benefits of that machine. With a concrete chainsaw you can cut better in tight spots, you get better control while avoiding gyro forces, you can cut sharp corners without overcutting and you can make up to 14" (350 mm) cuts from one side. This makes the concrete chainsaw a perfect complement to a Ring Saw with a blade, where the Ring Saw does the pre-cutting. The Partner K950 Chain is a handy, versatile and easy-to-use cutter, that is just as convenient to move around as an ordinary gas powered saw. The Active Air Filtration system consists of three separate filter systems. The first stage utilizes the centrifugal forces of the flywheel, separating 80 to 90 percent of the dust particles from the intake air. Partner's unique carburetor with SmartCarb, the integrated filter compensation, automatically adjusts the fuel/air ratio as the air filters become increasingly dirty. Together with Active Air Filtration, SmartCarb ensures high power levels, better filter economy, lower fuel consumption and reduced emissions. Dura Starter, is practically maintenance free, thanks to a unique design which seals the return spring and the pulley bearing. A number of different seals prevent the cutting dust from reaching the essential parts of the starter mechanism. Dura Starter now has a stronger starter cord which increases its durability by many times. The self-lubricating clutch bearing is a unique feature of all our petrol-powered cutters. A duct in the crankshaft supplies lubricant to the bearing so that it is always lubricated and so cutting dust is kept out.
